Raised in East Tennessee, Olivia DaPonte is an emerging songwriter in the Nashville country music scene. Picking up a guitar when she was 12, she learned to play songs by artists from James Taylor and Bob Dylan to Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash. Not only did that experience give her some great cover material to play at local gigs, but it also honed her direction and style as a budding songwriter.

Originally from Knoxville, Olivia has traveled around Tennessee and beyond to share her music, including performances at 30A Songwriter’s Festival (2022) and New Ground Festival (2021). Olivia currently lives in Nashville, TN, where she performs regularly at local songwriters’ rounds. Her latest singles, “Burning Away” and “White Lies,” can be found on all streaming platforms.
